1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ringtone AI Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeelyShop ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Ringtone AI Studio is a mobile application that allows users to create custom ringtones using artificial intelligence technology. The App provides features including:

  • DNA Ringtone generation based on personal data
  • Context-aware ringtone creation
  • Voice-based ringtone generation
  • Audio editing and export tools

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Account

The App may be used without creating an account. However, certain features may require you to provide information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your device and any account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Create content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Generate ringtones containing hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Create content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by TeelyShop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

Your Content

Ringtones you create using the App belong to you, subject to:

  • These Terms of Service
  • Any applicable copyright laws
  • The rights of any third parties whose content may be incorporated

You are solely responsible for ensuring that ringtones you create and distribute do not infringe on the rights of others.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Pricing

Prices for in-app purchases are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.

Subscriptions

If the App offers subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEELYSHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or computer damage
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any damages resulting from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeelyShop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you create using the App

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
  • Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms in the App
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending you a notification through the App

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeelyShop is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

  1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
  2. Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
  3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeelyShop regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.

The following terms apply to your use of the App on Apple devices:

  • These Terms are between you and TeelyShop, not Apple Inc.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App

  • Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
